No luxury in any goodbye

I thought, “How could it end even without the luxury of a goodbye?” but then there is no luxury in any goodbye.

There is just one life, there are so many people-caring and beautiful
And there is me going over a loop of heartbreaks with just one you
Adieu my friend for it hurts to see you try so hard
I have no intention of having you by stealing from you that thing called compassion
I believe you loved me though I was never sure
If you did, your secret is safe with me
The world is all yours to conquer
I choose to lose, I choose to love.

Like a child building castles on the seashore just to see them washed away by the raging waves, foolish dreams I have dreamt day by day…

It is indeed hard to say goodbye toa freind. But, there is always some hope that they will be with us .. sometime or the other.. they are our freinds..

"I choose to lose, I choose to love. "

Contradictory statements? When one choose to love then one is outright winner , there is no competition.

the following is a quote by someone- that I had noted down in my diary- I post it here for you today:
"Never say Goodbye"- G'bye is such a sad word- it seems too final, too cold, for friends to use- we seem to have so many ways of saying G'bye and they all have one thing in common- sadness. Don't ever say G'bye- Don't ever give in to the sadness and loneliness of that word. R'member instead the joy and the Happiness of those tiems when you first said "Hello" to a friend. Take that sepcial Hello and lock it away within you- in that place in your heartwhere its always summer time. When you and your friends must part, I want you to reach deep within you and bring back that first Hello...

Hi,
Your posts are very touchy. I feel unless one experiences himself/herself, such posts can not be written!

Anyways, let me end with a quote
I wanted a perfect ending. Now I’ve learned, the hard way, that some poems don’t rhyme, and some stories don’t have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what’s going to happen next. Delicious ambiguity. ~ Gilda Radner
