This must be such a fun place to work. Is this situation 'Boss' dependent or universal. May be you doing right by getting into interviews !!

The other day I became a bit creative. Added some turmeric to my minestrone soup !!! Both my kids did not touch it. And my honey ensured that I had to finish it in next few meals !! This was, of course, an unnecessary change to a relevant soup.

For three years, I never got any recognition for the lovely single sourcing work my team and I did. All the wonderful documentation and good looking templates were appreciated, but never in terms of an award to the team. Finally, I got two awards in successive months for getting our Specifications done on time! Kin ya beat that? Feels lousy and good at the same time. :-))
